COO - Chief Operating Officer

New London’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) performs as a liaison between President, Vice President and staff members providing leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, as well as people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.   As a lead in operations, the COO ensures that the organization understands and complies with the state’s laws and regulations, identifies areas of the business where there is a risk of non-compliance and develop policies to reduce that risk. In summary, the COO is responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
